Dead Gaze is the brainchild of one Cole Furlow, just one of many amazing acts being uncovered from Mississippi's current DIY music scene. Since releasing their first cassette in 2010, Cole has been honing in and perfecting his sound through an extensive history of live performances within his community. Since then they have released a number of singles and split EPs, moving from their early Flaming Lips sound to now completely oozing with that sweet garagey lo-fi fuzz.
Late last year saw the completion of there latestself-titled EP. Have a listen to this hooky opening track "This Big World". Fans of film director Kai Neville may recognize this anthem from last years surf film Lost Atlas.
